Butterfield - Chairman and CEO of Lakefront Capital Holdings Inc and
Former CEO of KIA Motors North America
Lakefront Capital owns four automotive aftermarket manufacturing and
sales companies doing business in North America operating under the
trade names ATK-VEGE. These companies offer a wide range of automotive
products including Automotive Engines, Transmissions, Crankshafts, Cylinder
Heads, and other drive train related components.
Immediately prior to running Lakefront Capital, Peter was a principal
in PMB Consulting a firm that specialized in delivering consulting services
to the Automotive Industry. His clients included: Wall Street Automotive
Equity Analysts, Automotive Dealer Groups, and New Car Manufacturers.
While managing PMB Consulting, Peter completed numerous engagements
in the areas of Acquisition Evaluation, Corporate Planning, Brand Strategy,
HR Strategy, Product Positioning, and General Management.
Before PMB Consulting, Peter was the CEO of KIA Motors North America.
Peter led the company to considerable success including record sales/profits
in 2002 through 2005. Revenue for KIA for 2005 was in excess of $5 billion.
While at KIA he was responsible for developing and implementing an overall
business strategy as well as providing leadership for 500 employees
and KIA's network of more than 650 dealers in the United States.
Prior to joining KIA, Peter served as Executive Vice President Car Business for Volvo North America where he led them to an all-time sales and profit records in 2000 & 2001. Revenue for Volvo was in excess of $3.5 billion dollars in 2001. In the decade before this Peter held a variety of executive management positions at Volvo N.A. in the areas of parts, service, sales, marketing and general management. Peter began his career at Ford Motor Company in the parts and service division where he quickly rose through the company ranks, holding management positions in parts, service, and sales.
Peter is frequently featured as an automotive expert in a wide variety of media publications including Bloomberg World - Financial Report, Autoline Detroit, as well as numerous other print and radio outlets. Peter is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School and has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University. Peter is on the board of the Harvard Business School Association of Orange County and is the Chairman/Partner of Axcess Knowledge Inc., as well as Redwood Partners LLC. He previously served on the boards of KIA Motor America Inc., Volvo Cars N.A, Volvo Car Australia, Volvo Finance Australia, the Association of International Automobile Manufacturers (AIAM - Washington D.C.) and Automotive Youth Education Systems (AYES - Detroit, MI). He also served on the Executive Committee of AIAM.

Ukropina - Founder Overnite Express and 2007 California Small Business
Person of the Year
In 1992, Rob founded Overnite Express with the idea of picking up after FedEx, UPS and DHL - 9 pm - and delivering in California, Arizona and Nevada early-
9 am- the next morning. Overnite Express is now the premier west coast overnight delivery company and will deliver in excess of three million packages in 2008.
Rob sits on various entrepreneurial advisory boards, including Black Diamond Ventures, C2 Reprographics, Red Roller, Allyance Communications Networks, United Document Storage, BidDay, Rapioli, Eplayerz and the USC Entrepreneurial Center.
In 2004, Rob was awarded "Excellence in Entrepreneurship" by the Orange County Business Journal. In 2006, Rob was selected by Southland Development Corporation as "Small Business Person of the year" Orange County. In 2007, Rob was selected by the SBA as "Small Business Person of the Year - California".
In 2007, Rob's servant leadership style was featured in several business magazines including, Forbes, Smart Business, the Orange County Register and the Los Angeles Times.
Rob is a guest lecture at USC, UCLA, Chapman, UCI, The Young Entrepreneurs Organization, The Christian Entrepreneur Organization, The Entrepreneurship Institute and the Orange County Business Forum. Rob is a graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business.
