FRANK  DO
Frank Do is a General Partner of Riverside Partners, which is a middle market private equity firm currently managing over $630 million. Throughout its more than twenty year history, Riverside Partners has invested primarily in growing healthcare and technology-related companies owned by founders. Some representative areas of investment include medical devices and equipment, outsourced manufacturing, diagnostics and instrumentation, test and measurement, telecom services, commercial and wireless equipment, and semiconductors.  Prior to joining Riverside Partners, Mr. Do was a Managing Director of American Capital, Ltd. in charge of its West Coast offices with a focus on middle market buyouts. He started his private equity career in New York and was a Principal with JP Morgan Partners and General Partner of Westar Capital.  Mr. Do holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.



PAT MACIARIELLO
Pat Maciariello is a Partner at Compass Group Management where he focuses on acquiring and managing a group of middle market businesses for Compass Diversified Holdings.   Prior to Compass, Mr. Maciariello was with Bain & Company and Deutsche Banc Alex Brown. Mr. Maciariello is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Columbia Business School. Mr. Maciariello is currently a director of Advanced Circuits, Fox Racing Shox, Tridien Medical, Halo Branded Solutions and ERGObaby; and is on the board of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Orange County.



MURRAY RUDIN
Murray E. Rudin is a General Partner of Riordan, Lewis & Haden, a leading private equity firm focused on high-growth middle market enterprises.  He has been a director of ten RLH portfolio companies that span a broad range of sectors including IT services, health care, distribution, and business services outsourcing.  He is active in all phases of the private equity process, including sourcing, evaluating, and structuring new investments as well as assisting portfolio companies with the opportunities and challenges of growth.    Mr. Rudin holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Rochester and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.  He is a member of the Board of the Forum for Corporate Directors and the Trustees’ Visiting Committee of the University of Rochester School of Engineering and Applied Science.

JIM KLINGLER
Jim Klingler has 17 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer in a number of public and private companies in the medical device, healthcare and technology industries.  Mr. Klingler is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the Columbia Business School. He is currently on the board of Families Forward and the Columbia Business School Alumni Club of Los Angeles and Orange County.
