Membership Types and Benefits

HBSAOC is a great forum for HBS alumni to make valuable social and business connections, and to grow professionally. Many of our event speakers are world renowned business leaders. We also have many fun social events, such as wine tasting parties, exclusive museum evenings, theater and sporting events. Spouses and guests are always welcome. staging some of the most thought-provoking, executive-level events in Southern California.

HBSAOC events are open to members and their guests, at a discounted rate, and to the broader community, including members of sister alumni associations such as HBSASC in Los Angeles, HBS Alumni Club of San Diego, MIT Alumni Association, Wharton Club and Stanford Business School Alumni Association.

In addition to events, HBSAOC members have the opportunity to work as active committee members within the organization. From programs, to scholarship planning, to outreach to the community to social event planning, members of HBSAOC get a great chance to project the integrity and social responsibility that has become the hallmark of Harvard leaders.

The HBSAOC offers three levels of membership: Basic, Gold and Crimson Circle

Basic Membership

• Free of charge to any HBS graduate, either through a degree program or through an executive education program
• Enrollment is automatic based on lists supplied by HBS
• Entitles you to regular e-mailings from the alumni association, information about events and updates

Gold Membership

• Gold members are the first level of HBS Association of Orange County patrons
• $25 annually, or $10 if an MBA grad in the last five years
• All the benefits of Basic Membership
• Discounted pricing at events for you AND your business or personal guests
• Access to the HBS Directory of Alums in Orange County and surrounding areas
• Active networking opportunities at HBS events

Crimson Circle Membership

• This is the premier membership level of the HBSAOC
• Step up as a Harvard community leader and influencer in Orange County
• Annual fee of $250
• All the benefits of Gold Mmebership
• Discounted pricing at events for you AND your business or personal guests
• One Free admission to every HBSAOC Networking Breakfast, normally $20 per meeting
• One Free admission to every HBSAOC Social and Business event
• One Free admission to the HBSAOC Entrepreneur's Conference, a $159 value!
• An exclusive cocktail reception with HBSAOC Executive Committee to provide direction and input to the organization

Upgrading from Basic to Gold or Crimson by Mail
