Terri Sjodin, CSP, is the principal of Sjodin Communications, established 1990, a public speaking, sales training and consulting firm. Ms. Sjodin is a full-time professional speaker and trainer with a unique specialization - advancing the persuasive presentation skills of professionals. She is the author of the highly acclaimed books, New Sales Speak (John Wiley & Sons) and Mentoring (McGraw-Hill).

Ms. Sjodin is a frequent guest on radio and television talk shows and has over 50 published sales training articles. In August of 1999, Ms. Sjodin received the prestigious CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) designation. Less than 7% of the 5,000 speakers who belong to the International Federation for Professional Speakers hold this professional designation. Many consider Ms. Sjodin to be the sales professionals' Speech Coach.
